		<description><![CDATA[Recipe &#8211; Ida May Sother&#8217;s Peanut Butter Pie At the request of my friends on facebook This is the easy way to make Grandma&#8217;s Peanut Butter Pie. Ingredients: Pie Crust Get premade pie crust at the store.  (Can make from scratch if you want to be like grandma.  Any pie crust recipe will do.) Don&#8217;t get graham cracker pie crust unless you want to experiment. Bake pie crust per directions on package. Ingredients: Pie Filling 2 Boxes Vanilla Pudding &#8211; cook &#38; serve not instant (Can use Chocolate Pudding also.  We tried it and it is very good too!!!) 3 Tbs Peanut Butter &#8211; Creamy or Crunchy, your choice (I prefer creamy) 1 Tsp Vanilla Cook the pudding with the directions on the box.  Once pudding is done cooking then mix in Peanut Butter &#38; Vanilla. <div>Beat 3 egg whites until stiff.</div>
<div>Add salt then sugar.  Beat until sugar is completely dissolved.</div>
<div>Beat in cool corn starch until right consistency. (It can stand in peaks)</div>
<div>Spread meringue on top of pie filling.</div>
<div>Cook at 375 degrees for 17 minutes or until meringue is brown.</div>
<div><strong>*If not using meringue then don&#8217;t need to put in oven.</strong></div>
